Zilliqa Network is now running on Version 9. 30 after a successful upgrade.

-

The Zilliqa upgrade v9. 30 is now ready to use on the main network. Zilliqa made an announcement on their social media account, X. The update makes the system better by fixing bugs and making changes to how it works, like with mining rewards. Furthermore, version 9. 30 makes the network work better and be more reliable. The upgrade is a big step towards making Zilliqa 2. 0

Zilliqa has made a big change for users with active reward control and desharding. The community agreed to the changes after voting on the Zilliqa governance platform. gZIL owners voted on the ideas, and most of them picked the reward control and desharding features. The reward control system will protect miners and ZIL holders from inflation changes.

Pieces will be taken out of Zilliqa 2. 0 for a little while. This will make the network work better until a new design is put in place. The new platform will make things faster and more efficient. Furthermore, the Zilliqa team always makes sure that the platform is compatible with the EVM. Zilliqa v930 can now handle Type 1 and Type 2 EVM transactions.
