Microsoft has announced Copilot Pro, which includes customized GPTs and works with Office.

In addition to helping big businesses, Microsoft also made a new app to help small businesses called Copilot mobile app.

Microsoft, a big company that makes computer programs, has made a better version of its artificial intelligence tool called Copilot. It runs on ChatGPT.

Last year in November, the company first introduced Microsoft’s 365 Copilot AI assistant to a few customers. Now, the company can do even more with its new Copilot Pro. It’s made for both businesses and regular people.

People can use Copilot Pro for $20 every month.

On January 15, 2024, a blog post said that the Copilot Pro is a special subscription for people who want faster performance and more creativity when using Copilot.

You can pay $20 each month to use special AI features in Office apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote on your computer, Mac, and iPad. The Copilot Pro subscription also gives you better image creation services.

People who are subscribed can get access to ChatGPT’s newest models, like GPT-4 Turbo, faster when the website is busy. Microsoft wants to make it possible to switch between different models in the future.

Furthermore, Copilot Pro helps people create their own CopilotGPT using the new CopilotGPT Builders, even if they don’t know how to code. This tool lets you customize Microsoft Copilot on different topics like exercise, trips, and cooking.

Microsoft is making it easier for people to use Copilot.

The company also said they have more updates, not just the Copilot Pro. The company has made Copilot for Microsoft 365 available to more customers, including small businesses that use Microsoft 365 Business Premium and Business Standard. People who are interested can get between one and 299 seats for $30 per person each month.

Furthermore, Microsoft no longer requires a minimum purchase of 300 seats for commercial plans. Copilot is available for Office 365 E3 and E5 customers, and they don’t need a Microsoft 365 license to use it.

The company announced that business customers can easily buy Copilot for Microsoft 365 from Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider partners.

In December 2023, the company made Copilot for Microsoft 365 available to more people, including teachers and staff, so that they can all use this teamwork tool.

Microsoft has released a new app called Copilot for mobile devices.

In addition to offering Microsoft Copilot to small businesses, the company also released the Copilot mobile app.

The app works on Android and iOS and does the same things as the computer version. It also lets you use GPT-4 and Dall-E 3 to create images.

The company now supports Copilot in the Microsoft 365 app on Android and Apple phones if you have a Microsoft account. These new things will officially come out next month.

Microsoft wants to make Copilot available to everyone, no matter what they need.

“With the new news, we are making Copilot better for more people by giving them more choices that they like. ” The company said that there is a Copilot experience for everyone. You can use Copilot for free, upgrade to Copilot Pro for more features, or use Copilot for Microsoft 365 to be more productive.
